Restful Flow

Ellie (No Pressure Yoga)
Wind down with a slow and gentle yoga flow in a warm (not hot) studio. The heat helps to ease stiffness and aids muscle relaxation, improving flexibility. Expect calm, steady movement, breath awareness and deep relaxation. Mats and props provided but please bring a towel with you.

Hot Yoga Flow
Wed 7:20pm
With Clare (Yoga with Clare)
A class that focuses on finding balance in the body. We will build strength, flexibility, mobility and calm through a sequence of poses that move fluidly into the next.
The room will be heated to around 30-35 degrees so expect to build up a sweat. Please bring a towel with you.
