Restorative Yoga
Tue 7pm, Thu 7:30pm
With Ellie (No Pressure Yoga)
This slow, floor-based class is focused entirely on rest and relaxation. Postures are supported with props and held for extended periods (5-20 minutes) to encourage deep rest. Any movement is slow, gentle, and optional - this class is all about letting your body and mind unwind.

Chair Yoga
Thu 11:30am
With Ellie (No Pressure Yoga)
A gentle, supportive class using a chair for stability. We’ll explore simple mobility work, seated adaptations of traditional yoga postures, and optional supported standing shapes. Every class includes breath work and relaxation to help you unwind and release tension.

Hot Yoga Flow
Back in January
With Clare (Yoga with Clare)
A class that focuses on finding balance in the body. We will build strength, flexibility, mobility and calm through a sequence of poses that move fluidly in to the next.
The room will be heated to around 30-35 degrees so expect to build up a sweat.

Monthly Yoga + Yarn
Sat 17th Jan, 10:30am
With Ellie (No Pressure Yoga)
A gentle beginner-friendly yoga class followed by refreshments and relaxed knitting time. Bring your own project or start fresh. New knitters welcome - needles, yarn and basic tuition provided.
