Beginner-Friendly Yoga

With Ellie (No Pressure Yoga)

Designed for beginners and beyond. Explore breath work, mobility, and strength in a steady, supportive session. Props and options are encouraged, making it beginner-friendly while still offering challenge for more experienced students.

Restorative Yoga

With Ellie (No Pressure Yoga)

Shift out of stress mode with a class designed to calm your nervous system and support deep rest. These sessions are slow and quiet, with supported postures and minimal movement. No experience necessary.

With Ruth (Pilates Better Life)

Pilates with a twist: a class to improve your posture and muscle tone, strengthen your core and enhance your balance and body control. A place to release stress, tension and enjoy your body.

13th and 27th May 4:30pm

With Hannah (The Garden Room)

Take an hour out of your day just for you. Slow down and come back to yourself with meditation, breath work and gentle stretching. A 7 week journey through the chakras.

A class that focuses on finding balance in the body. We will build strength, flexibility, mobility and calm through a sequence of poses that move fluidly in to the next.

Hot Yoga Flow

A class that focuses on finding balance in the body. We will build strength, flexibility, mobility and calm through a sequence of poses that move fluidly into the next.
The room will be heated to around 30-35 degrees so expect to build up a sweat. Please bring a towel with you.

With Melissa (The Sound Sanctuary Norfolk)

Come & experience a deeply restorative soundbath, allowing the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gong, chimes & more to help relax & rejuvenate you, leaving you feeling ready for the weekend ahead.
