Designed for beginners and beyond. Explore breath work, mobility, and strength in a steady, supportive session. Props and options are encouraged, making it beginner-friendly while still offering challenge for more experienced students.
A class that focuses on finding balance in the body. We will build strength, flexibility, mobility and calm through a sequence of poses that move fluidly in to the next.
Shift out of stress mode with a class designed to calm your nervous system and support deep rest. These sessions are slow and quiet, with supported postures and minimal movement. No experience necessary.
