With Fiona (Fiona Fretwell Dance)

This is an artistic fusion of authentic ballet technique and proven fitness exercises to give you a full body workout. It's a non stop high energy, graceful workout set to uplifting music. Ballet experience is helpful but not required.

A feel good, fast paced, high energy dance class based on jazz dance technique and combining commercial and theatre styles. Reignite your rhythm, express yourself and have fun. Perfect if you danced when you were younger or just bring your love of movement!

Chair Yoga

Tue 11am, Thu 4pm

With Ellie (No Pressure Yoga)

A gentle class using a chair for support and stability. Expect seated postures, supported standing shapes (optional - seated modifications will be given), breath work and relaxation.

With Ellie (No Pressure Yoga)

An approachable and relaxed class covering foundational postures and breathing techniques. Beginner-friendly.

Restorative Yoga

Tue 7pm, Thu 6pm

With Ellie (No Pressure Yoga)

Deep rest and relaxation in supported floor-based shapes. Expect shapes held for extended periods of time (5 to 20 minutes), fully supported with props, to promote rest and relaxation without muscular effort.

Slower paced vinyasa flow class with longer holds in postures.

Vinyasa flow practice in a heated room. The practice will build up a sweat!
