About Taz
First and foremost, yoga has been my passion for the past 25 years and I feel fortunate to be able to build a studio in our own grounds. Yoga has been a transformative force in my life which has helped me through tough times, taught me patience, and kept me fit and sane. It has enabled me to continue playing football and cricket regularly.
I have an eclectic style of teaching which is both playful and informative with a huge emphasis on breath and alignment. I have studied various forms of yoga including Ashtanga, Sivananda, Yin and Forrest. My experiences have allowed me to work with a variety of teachers including Donna Farhi, David Swenson and Anna Forrest, and to travel the world and undertake training in many different locations, such as India and California.
I am really keen to encourage more men to take up yoga because I have seen the benefits and longevity it has given me and how it has helped and enhanced the other activities I participate in.
Yoga brings a deep connection within yourself and with others. I hope to share my passion and experiences for many years to come.
